Good value hotel with excellent location near to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and provided good service.
The pool was small and crowded, and the breakfast selection was limited. it was an okay experience for a budget hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of the hotel. It was just a short truck ride away from the lively nightlife area, perfect for exploring the vibrant Pattaya scene. the hotel was situated very close to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sand whenever we wanted. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff provided decent service, and the breakfast options were satisfactory. the Crown Pattaya Beach Hotel provided us with a convenient and enjoyable stay.
That the staff could have been friendlier and more welcoming, as mentioned in some of the reviews.

the staff were very friendly and helpful, they arranged various activities for us when we wanted to book things. The pool area was lovely, although there were limited sunbeds, we found that the same people were getting up early to put their towels down everyday! Rooms were clean and tidy, the maid service was excellent, the air conditioning was very efficient (which was a life saver!) and you received 2 free bottles of water a day. Overall, a great stay for such a small price!
The breakfast was cold every morning, but the staff were very happy to prepare fresh warm eggs etc if you asked.

window can not be locked; there is some unpleasant smell in the room thus we have to open window for fresh air; room needs to be updated as the decoration seems old; no machine to cook hot water for drinking

The location is excellent, away from the noise and crowds and yet close to everything. Do not do any bookings from the hotel, walk a few yards down the road and everything comes for a reasonable price.Breakfast was reasonable, nothing to crib about
The hotel reception is terrible. Many have commented on this, but is to be seen to be believed. They do try to help you out but the poor things don't seem to know what to do. We managed to get all that we needed but after a good bit of struggle. All I feel is that a good bit of training is needed. And if the hotel was cleaned up a bit, it would be an amazing place to stay

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel near the beach, Sanctuary of Truth and the lively area. The cleanliness was impressive, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect as it was away from the noisy places but not too far to go to the walking street. Moreover, transportation was easily accessible, making it convenient to explore this city. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist.
Can't fault the property in any way.

Overall the stay was good. Its a budget hotel and we got a poolside room but no one was in the pool except us it was good. I recommend this hotel for family or friend.
The breakfast was terrible. Our room had a AC problem for the first day with lot of water coming from the Ac, but it was taken care of by changing the room.
